 ‘Tóp Tép’ Vietnamese Pop-Up Coming to Wine Bar

The à la Carte Menu Includes Banh MI and Beef Tartare

Esters Wine Shop & Bar, located at 1314 Seventh St., will host Tóp Tép Co-Founders Thao Pham and Nam Nguyen and their Vietnamese cuisine-inspired pop-up series. Hailing from Hanoi, the series features contemporary twists on traditional dishes.

The event will take place July 27 from 5 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. The à la carte menu for the evening includes selections such as Banh Mi, Beef Tartare, Tuna Crudo, Dry Chicken Pho, and seasonally-inspired ice cream. The Esters team will pair these dishes with wines and signature cocktails.
