The à la Carte Menu Will Include Hot Fried Chicken and Fried Fish
Tallula’s and Hotville Chicken & Chops-LA have announced their collaborative culinary event, the “Hecho Con Amor” series, celebrating chefs, artisans, and friends in the agave spirits world. As part of this series, Hotville Chicken Chef & Owner Kim Prince will take over Tallula’s on Monday nights throughout August.
Located at 118 Entrada Drive in Santa Monica, Tallula’s will be the host for this event, featuring a full takeover by Hotville Chicken. The Hotville Chicken tradition, which dates back to the 1930s in Nashville, will bring a touch of South to the beach, promising to spice things up for patrons at Tallula’s.
The à la carte menu will include highlights such as Hot Fried Chicken, Fried Fish, ‘The Shaw’ Chicken Sandwich, Mac & Smokin’ Cheese, and a variety of vegan and vegetarian sides like KaleSlaw, Collard Greens, Warm Potato Salad, and BBQ Baked Bean Trio, among others.
To complement the heat of the dishes, Tallula’s team will be crafting cooling cocktails.
Reservations for the event can be made via Tallula’s Resy, although walk-ins are also welcome, with the option to dine in the expansive outdoor “Beer Garden.”
