Malibu Welcomes Exciting Dining Destination, Focused on Quality and Community

By Dolores Quintana

The dynamic duo of family-owned businesses, Prince Street Pizza and Irv’s Burgers, are further expanding their presence with the grand opening of their latest location at The Park Center.  The Grand Opening Party for Prince Street Pizza and Irvs Burgers Malibu is taking place on Wednesday, September 13th, at 23401 Civic Center Way Suite 2A in Malibu from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The party will feature a DJ, balloon artist, face painting, and plenty of pizza, burgers, and drinks as a welcome to the neighborhood. The event coincides with the two official openings on Thursday, September 14th, marking Prince Street Pizza’s 6th location and Irv’s Burgers 3rd location in Los Angeles.

Lawrence Longo, the CEO behind the Off the Menu food app, as well as both Prince Street Pizza and Irv’s Burgers, emphasizes that while each restaurant maintains its unique identity, they share a common commitment to delivering the highest quality food along with exceptional customer service.

“This new venture promises to be the most thrilling and enjoyable store or restaurant opening in Malibu, perhaps in the past decade or more,” stated Soboroff. “These establishments have a strong focus on family, students, celebrations, and children. It’s all about the people, the families, and I couldn’t be more excited.”

Soboroff, who has been involved in Malibu for over 35 years, added, “The demand for this type of establishment in Malibu has been palpable for decades. I believe this venture perfectly caters to the heart of Malibu.”

Furthermore, the grand opening event will receive sponsorship from renowned brands, including Coca-Cola, Coors Light, Happy Dad, and Howlers Head, who will be providing a delightful selection of beverages.
