The Chain’s Menu Boasts Fresh Ingredients for Its Variety of Tradition, Gluten-Free and Vegan Options
Today on Main Street, next to the intersection at Ashland Avenue, an L.A. Roman-style pizzeria chain has finally launched operations on the Westside.
Triple Beam Pizza opened its 2905 Main St. location after months of its logo plastered over the storefront, adding to the franchise’s Echo Park, Glendora and Highland Park outposts. Known for its thin & square-shaped slices, TBP opened in 2018 and was founded by Nancy Silverton, Randy Clement and chef Matt Molina.
The new Santa Monica location will be led by executive chef Juan Robles, according to L.A. Eater.
The chain’s menu boasts an eclectic mix of fresh ingredients for its variety of tradition, gluten-free and vegan options. These include: fontina cheese and calabrian aioli for its “Roasted Spring Corn Ezquite” pizza; cacio di roma cheese, honey and crushed red pepper for its “Acorn Squash” pizza; or pastrami crumble, calabrian chiles and picantissimo for its “”Pastrami Pickle” pizza.
“Inspired by too-many-to-count Italy trips, Triple Beam represents their version of Roman Style Pizza served hot and fresh right here in sunny Southern California.” as the franchise states on its website.
