What started last year with a single studio has expanded into a multi-artist showcase aimed at fostering connections among artists
The inaugural Venice Open Studios event will take place Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025, from noon to 4 p.m., rain or shine, organizers announced.
The artist-run gathering invites the public to tour open studios throughout the Venice Beach neighborhood, where creators will showcase their work and welcome visitors into their creative spaces. Admission is free.
What started last year with a single studio has expanded into a multi-artist showcase aimed at fostering connections among artists, residents and visitors while nurturing a supportive arts community, according to event organizers.
Participating artists include Sandrine Rose Abessera, Ned Evans, Alejandro Gehry, Linda Jacobson, Patrick Johnston, Charles George Martone, John Mooney, Elizabeth Orleans, Kayla Witt, Ben Jackal, Jeremy Kidd, William Attaway, David Eddington, Francisco Letelier, Sandy Bleifer, Marybeth Fama, Rocky Morton and Gary Palmer, along with Arcane Space.
A curated group exhibition featuring guest artists Amadea Bailey, Fu-Ding Cheng, Juan Carlos Muñoz Hernandez and Ivo Vergara will be hosted by Kayla Witt at Sunset Studios, Studio 8.
