Specialty Coffee Chain Implies Closure Is Temporary as It Searches for a New Location
Go Get Em Tiger announced it will shut down its Montana Avenue café on Monday, December 15, bringing an end to a three-and-a-half-year run in the neighborhood.
In a message to customers, the company said being embraced by the Montana Avenue community and becoming part of residents’ daily routines had been deeply meaningful. The team described the decision to close as difficult and expressed hope that the departure would be temporary.
The café encouraged patrons to stop by during its final week of service and noted that it intends to search for a new location in the area in the future. They also offered a $3.00 coupon for those who stop by.
“Thank you to our customers for supporting us on this journey, and thank you to our team for showing up every day and making this space what it is today,” the announcement said.
