Two Specialty Flavors Tied to Netflix’s Hit Series Will Roll Out in January and February

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is partnering with Netflix’s hit series Bridgerton to release two limited-edition ice cream flavors inspired by the lavish style and romantic fantasy of the Regency-era drama.

The collaboration coincides with the upcoming fourth season of Bridgerton and will roll out in two phases, reflecting the show’s split-season release schedule. Each flavor will debut separately later this winter and will be available for a limited time.

The first release, Queen Charlotte Sponge Cake, arrives Jan. 15 at Jeni’s scoop shops and online. The flavor draws inspiration from the show’s formidable monarch, combining brown sugar and almond buttercream ice cream with layers of raspberry rose jam and pieces of honey sponge cake. The ice cream is finished with a lavender hue, a nod to Queen Charlotte’s distinctive style.

A second flavor, Earl Grey Crème Brûlée, will debut in February. The ice cream reimagines traditional afternoon tea, blending a salted custard base with Earl Grey tea and subtle notes of bergamot. Crunchy pieces of burnt sugar candy are mixed throughout, adding texture and sweetness.

Earl Grey Crème Brûlée will be available online beginning Febuary 9 and in scoop shops starting Febuary 12. Both flavors will be offered only for a limited period while supplies last.

According to the company, the collection was designed to reflect the indulgent and romantic tone of Bridgerton, translating the series’ ornate settings and heightened emotion into dessert form. While inspired by the show’s Regency-era world, the flavors are intended to appeal to both fans of the series and ice cream lovers more broadly.
