During the searches, investigators impounded 84 stolen container chassis and seized 11 tractors, 25 vehicles, six all-terrain vehicles and two heavy-duty forklifts.
Five people were arrested Wednesday after law enforcement agencies executed search warrants in Los Angeles and Riverside counties as part of an ongoing cargo theft investigation involving stolen container chassis, authorities said.
The warrants were served Feb. 18 at locations in Corona, Compton and Wilmington by the Los Angeles Police Department’s Commercial Crimes Division Cargo Theft Task Force.
Authorities arrested Jose Del Toro Sr., 43, of Corona; Maria Ramos, 42, of Corona; Malissa Del Toro, 25, of Corona; Jose Del Toro Jr., 23, of Corona; and Yairet Jimenez, 23, of Corona.

Authorities also recovered three handguns, multiple digital devices and $301,604 in cash.
