Three-Story Santa Monica Complex on Sale for First Time in Over 40 Years

A 27-unit apartment building north of Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica has been listed for $10.995 million, according to brokerage marketing the property.

The three-story multifamily property at 1117 Sixth St. spans approximately 29,535 square feet on a roughly 15,019-square-foot lot, records show. Built in 1971, the building is being offered for sale for the first time in more than 40 years. It is listed by Michael Sterman of Marcus & Millichap.

The property includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom units totaling 27 apartments. According to the listing, the unit breakdown consists of nine one-bedroom, one-bath units; nine one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath units with dens; seven two-bedroom, two-bath units; and two two-bedroom, two-bath units with dens. Many of the apartments feature large floor plans and additional storage space.

The building recently underwent capital improvements, including the installation of a new roof about two years ago and completed balcony inspections and repairs, the listing states.
