Palisades Earth Day Cleanup to Promote Environmental Stewardship

The event is open to individuals and groups, including students who may be eligible to receive community service hours for their participation.

A community cleanup event is set to bring residents together in Pacific Palisades to mark Earth Day with a focus on sustainability and neighborhood stewardship.

The event, organized by the office of Los Angeles City Councilmember Traci Park in partnership with Village School, will take place Saturday, April 25, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the school’s campus, located at 780 N. Swarthmore Ave.

Residents are invited to participate in the cleanup effort aimed at improving the local environment while fostering community connections. Organizers say the event is part of a broader collaboration with public and private agencies to promote environmental stewardship.

Volunteers will be provided with personal protective equipment and refreshments. Organizers are asking participants to RSVP in advance to help plan for supplies and attendance.

The event is open to individuals and groups, including students who may be eligible to receive community service hours for their participation.
