3.1 Magnitude Earthquake Shakes Malibu, Westside:

The 3.1 magnitude earthquake struck near Malibu on Thursday morning.

A 3.1 magnitude earthquake was felt on the Westside after striking nine miles west north west of Malibu on Thursday morning.

The United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported the small earthquake struck at 10:08 am at a depth of 5.2 miles.

The epicenter was located 10 miles south west of Thousand Oaks.
