Santa Monica City Councilmember Bobby Shriver and his wife Malissa, who chairs the California Arts Council, welcomed a baby daughter, Rosemary, late Thursday evening, January 8. Rosemary joins the Shrivers’ daughter Natasha, 11, as the newest member of the family.
