Ken Genser has served on the Santa Monica City Council longer than any other council member and is currently the Mayor. He will be talking about the sixth action area of the United Nations 1999 Program of Action on a Culture of Peace: Advancing Understanding, Tolerance and Solidarity and what can be done to foster a culture of peace.
