A Los Angeles City fire helicopter drops water on the Bel Air mountain side where a fire broke out Friday afternoon. Helicopters averaged about five minutes between each drop Saturday afternoon keeping the hills free of fire in the 100+ degree temperatures affecting Los Angeles Sept. 15
