Man Arrested After Masturbating In Front Of Four Women At Santa Monica Beach: Alert Police Blotter: A Stiff Sentence?

A 34-year-old homeless man was arrested Sunday, Oct. 7 after showing his penis and then proceeding to masturbate in front of four women at Santa Monica Beach.

At 4:50 p.m. officers of the Santa Monica Police Department went to the 1400 block of the beach after they had heard about a man who was showing people his penis.

When the officers arrived they spoke with lifeguards who told them four women had approached one of them on the beach.

These women had told the lifeguard that a man had shown his penis to them for no reason. This lifeguard had then got hold of this man, detained him, and called the police.

The officers located the four women who had seen the penis and asked them what had happened.

These women told the officers that this man had shown them his penis, but apparently not content with that act of indecent exposure, had also made the experience harder for the women to endure by beginning to masturbate as well.

The officers decided to arrest this homeless man and he was charged with indecent exposure and lewd conduct in public.

His bail was set at $10,000.
