Hotelier To Convert Embassy Hotel Apartments Into ‘The Palihouse Santa Monica’:

Santa Monica’s Embassy Hotel Apartments will close on April 15 and be reopened as The Palihouse Santa Monica this June, according to daily web magazine hotelchatter.com.

HotelChatter says hotelier Avi Brosh, who owns Palihouse West Hollywood and Palihotel on Melrose Avenue, has bought the property near the Third Street Promenade at 1001 3rd Street for an undisclosed amount.

Opening rates will range from $350 to $1,500 per night.
