Ruskin Group Theatre’s latest production called “Paradise – A Divine Bluegrass Musical Comedy” has been extended through May 4.

The show, which opened Feb. 8, was originally scheduled to run through Saturday, March 30.

Shows are Friday and Saturday at 8 pm and Sundays at 2 pm. However,  there is a hiatus from March 31 to April 12 and no performance on April 28.

This satirical musical follows a charming new preacher and his bombshell sidekick, rescued from the stripper pole at the Innuendo Lounge, but can they save the day as their town is about to be outsourced?

The play is an adaptation of the book/music created by Tom Sage, Bill Robertson, and Cliff Wagner, who have collaborated with director Dan Bonnell to create this production.

Ruskin Group Theatre is located at 3000 Airport Avenue, Santa Monica.

Tickets are $25 ($20 for students, seniors, and guild members) and can be purchased in advance by calling 310.397.3244. Free parking is available at the theatre.
