The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education will be holding a special meeting on Thursday, July 18, at 12 pm.
It will be held at the District Office, which is located at 1651 16th Street, Santa Monica.
During this retreat, a facilitator will work with the Board of Education and superintendent to discuss board and superintendent roles and responsibilities. Such retreats are standard practice throughout the year for a board and superintendent.
There will be a closed session immediately following the retreat.
