City Unveils 415 Design Team at Site:

Frederick Fishers and Partners Architects have been chosen by the City to remake and restore the old Marion Davies estate at 415 Pacific Coast Highway.

Last week, the City held an open house at the site to introduce the design team to the community and to solicit comments on and suggestions for the restoration from residents. The designers will meet with residents again at a two-day community workshop next month.The firm, whose offices are located in a restored building designed by eminent L.A. architect Quincy Jones on Santa Monica Boulevard just east of Santa Monica, has designed many buildings on the Westside, including these four.
