Naam Yoga LA In Santa Monica Celebrates Winter Solstice:

Naam Yoga LA held a winter solstice celebration on December 19.

With all of the stresses of the holiday season, Naam Yoga LA hosted a Winter Solstice Celebration on Dec. 19 to help participants relax and rebalance.

The studio in downtown Santa Monica was at full capacity as Naam Yoga founder Dr. Joseph Michael Levry led participants in an evening of yoga, music, meditation, candlelight, and community.

Naam Yoga LA will host a powerful and rejuvenating New Year’s Eve celebration on Dec. 31 featuring an eight-hour meditation “Naamathon.”
