Because of President Barack Obama’s Los Angeles visit, the LAPD is advising motorists to avoid the following areas until 10 a.m. because traffic congestion is expected:
— the area around West Pico Boulevard, between Avenue of the Stars and Westwood Boulevard;
— the area around Overland Avenue, between West Olympic and National boulevards; and
— the area around South Centinela Avenue, between Pico and Ocean Park boulevards.
