The City of Santa Monica Police Activities League will partner with Back on Broadway to host the annual Chez PAL Dinner this Thursday, April 30.
This year’s dinner will give youth who have participated in PAL’s Culinary Arts Program an opportunity to show off what they learned in the kitchen from noted restaurateur and active community member, Fred Deni.
Classics such as chicken piccata, salmon, and spinach cannelloni will be featured on the menu and will be prepared entirely by the students.
Proceeds from Chez PAL are used to help youth participate in activities, classes, and workshops at PAL, engaging them in fun learning experiences afterschool and during school breaks.
PAL programs help Santa Monica youth expand their learning and skills in support of the youth wellbeing goals of Santa Monica’s Cradle to Career Initiative.
Seating will be available at 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm. Tickets are $40 per person and space is limited – advance reservations are strongly recommended. To RSVP for this special community event, contact Santa Monica PAL at 310.458.8988.
Back on Broadway is located at 2024 Broadway, Santa Monica.
