VIDEO: Pedestrian Struck By Car At 2nd Street & Broadway In Santa Monica:

The aftermath following a pedestrian being struck by a car at Second and Broadway.

Santa Monica police asked people to avoid the area of 2nd St. and Broadway due to a traffic collision and major congestion on Thursday morning.

Santa Monica Police Watch Commander issued an email alert at 10:23 am.

A pedestrian was taken to an area hospital after being struck by a vehicle. The intersection was reopened at around 11:30 am.
