Breast Cancer Awareness Month Closes Out with a Local Music & Art Event
As October reaches its final days, so does Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Siren Song, a West Los Angeles-based art & music event associated with the National Breast Cancer Foundation, will be hosting an event at the Lois Lambert Gallery of Functional Art in Santa Monica October 30th. This will be a closing ceremony for one of the most celebrated international health campaigns.
The Siren Song is a unique, eclectic fundraising experience with some innovative twists. The evening will present the soulful live music of MadLyn and her all-female backing band, as well as feature an enchanting live painting
performance by Jordan Ariel of Wall Candy L.A. to sweep guests away on a musical & visual journey. This event will be complete with beer, wine, refreshments and packed with exciting raffle prizes from local businesses like, YogaWorks, Tikkun Spa, 3-Twins Ice Cream, and much more.
For two years and counting, The Siren Song provides a special platform for local singer/ songwriters as well as visual artists—all for the benefit of spreading awareness & fighting for a cure for breast cancer.
