The officers spoke with this man and determined that he was on probation for numerous weapons violations. The officers searched this individual and discovered that he possessed a screwdriver in his waistband. This is not the typical location that one would store such a tool so the officers investigated further and found that this man also possessed narcotics paraphernalia. This 31-year-old homeless man was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics paraphernalia and a probation violation. Bail was set in in the amount of $20,000.
