Santa Monica ‘Smart Home’ Hits Market for $17 Million

10,000 square foot home at 1410 Georgina Avenue for sale

Santa Monica has a new property on the market for $17,995,000 at 1410 Georgina Avenue that sits north of Montana according to Redfin.com. The major selling points of the property are its design and the smart home features within it and the exclusive neighborhood where it sits.
