Residents Can Tune In via Livestream or Make Public Comments Remotely
The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District announced a revised start time for its upcoming Board of Education meeting on Thursday, September 4, 2025.
The board’s closed session will begin at 5:00 p.m., shifting from its usual 4:30 p.m. start. The open session will proceed at the regular time of 5:30 p.m.
The meeting will take place in the district office boardroom at 1717 Fourth Street in Santa Monica. Members of the public may provide comments either in person or through the Zoom webinar link available on the posted agenda.
Parking is available in the underground lot at 1717 Fourth Street in spaces marked “SMMUSD.” Attendees will be given an exit code at the meeting.
The session will also be livestreamed on the district’s YouTube channel at SantaMonicaMalibuUSD. The full agenda is posted on the district’s website at smmusd.org.
