Crudo e Nudo to host rotating chefs and winemakers April 13–19.

Crudo e Nudo is marking its fifth anniversary with a weeklong series of guest chefs and winemakers, bringing a rotating lineup of collaborators into the kitchen from April 13 through April 19.

The Main Street seafood restaurant, known for its focus on sustainable sourcing, will feature a different chef each day preparing à la carte dishes alongside curated wine offerings. The event will not follow a fixed menu format, allowing diners to order throughout the day.

Chef and owner Brian Bornemann will host several chefs from across California’s restaurant scene. The lineup includes Anna Sonenshein and Niki Vahle of Little Fish on April 13, followed by Saw Naing of Ojai restaurants The Dutchess and Joplin’s on April 14.

Other scheduled participants include Tyler Wells of Altadena restaurant Betsy on April 15, Santa Barbara-based chef Dom Crisp on April 16, and Kelly Mariani of Scribe Winery on April 17.

Chef Duyen Ha, a television cooking competition winner and Michelin-trained chef, is scheduled to appear April 18. The series will conclude April 19 with Sandra Cordero, owner of Xuntos, who will serve a dinner featuring seafood paella.

Winemakers from California regions including Sonoma and Santa Ynez are also expected to participate, pouring wines to accompany the dishes each day.

The event runs daily from noon to evening service.
