The Santa Monica Police Department will host National Night Out 2026 on Tuesday, Aug. 4, from 5 to 8 p.m. at City Hall.
The free event, themed “Lights. Camera. Community.,” is intended to bring residents together with police officers, city staff and community organizations. Activities will include police vehicle displays, children’s activities, community resource booths, entertainment, food, giveaways and public safety information.
Attendees can meet officers and staff, view specialized equipment and programs, and learn about crime prevention and emergency preparedness resources.
The event will take place at Santa Monica City Hall, 1685 Main St. Free parking will be available in the Civic Parking Structure.
