Tender Greens has added Mediterranean-style wraps to its menu for the first time.
The limited-time items are available from Wednesday through Oct. 7 at all of the chain’s locations. Guests can choose a wrap with grilled steak or one with falafel. Both versions include sumac red onion, pickled cucumber, tzatziki, harissa, spinach, herb mix, lemon and olive oil, served in grilled lavash.

Corporate Executive Chef Oliver Plust said the goal was to create a dish that balances fresh herbs, citrus, sauces and varied textures.
