Rockin’ Random No-Joe’s Win 12-Under Tournament:

After finishing second in the regular season the Rockin’ Random No-Joe’s won the Santa Monica Girls FastPitch 12-Under Tournament, winning the championship game from Purple Haze, 11-6.

The Santa Monica Little League Girls Softball program merged with SM Girls FastPitch this year, and these players are considered the future of Santa Monica High’s highly successful program.

The team was managed by Monica Wenzel and coached by Mark Casillas and Joe Osnaya.

In the championship game Jessica Osnaya and Kyla Wenzel did the pitching, Arielle Casillas had two hits, including a home run, and Erin McLaughlun also had two hits.

Other team members were Nikki Bell, Christina Alvarez, Jesse Edelman, Carly Friedman, Rene Ross, Maria Roussos, Alice Wasserman, Annie Wiesenfeld and Jenny White.
