Optimum Seismic Holds Free Workshops

Does your property need a retrofit?

Last year, the City of Los Angeles enacted the nation’s most comprehensive seismic regulations, requiring earthquake retrofits of wood-framed, soft story structures. Santa Monica followed shortly after in March of 2017 with thier own ordinance. During this workshop you can learn more about the law, the timeframe to get things done, tenant habitability program requirements, and the basic principles behind retrofit engineering and construction.

Optimum Seismic is proud to be partnering with the California Apartment Association for this event.

Refreshments will be served. Please bring your printed reservation to the event.

Visit www.optimumseismic.com for details.

The event will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2017

6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
