Perennial Champion Kling To Lighten Coaching Load:

For as long as anyone can remember, there’s been Bud Kling and there’s been championships in tennis at Palisades High.

But when the Dolphins won their third straight LA City championship last season it ended Kling’s run with the girls team.

The man who has guided more than 30 Palisades championship teams will return next season as coach of the boys team.

Senior Katy Nikolova of Palisades won the girls individual championship for the second straight time.
