3rd Annual Otis Kite Festival

— Santa Monica Beach

Otis College of Art and Design presents its 3rd Annual Otis Kite Festival at 11 am this Sunday. Join 3,000 Los Angeles youth for a day of building and flying kites.

There will be free and sustainable kites available, as well as professional kite artists from all over the nation who will give advice and showcase their adult. Event is free.

It will be located north of the Santa Monica Pier, on the beach.
