What was left of the RAND Corporation “Z” building on Ocean Avenue on Monday afternnon, October 24. The City’s demolition of the architecturally and historically significant RAND Corporation’s buildings seems to contradict the City’s often-stated support of both historic preservation and adaptive re-use.
