According to the City Council’s October 25 meeting agenda, the City is negotiating for an interest in real property at 10 sites in downtown Santa Monica.
As the negotiations are taking place during closed session, the Mirror was unable to obtain any information beyond the addresses and owners of record of the sites as the City’s negotiator, Jeff Mathieu, director of the Resources Management Department, did not return phone calls.The addresses and owners of record of the sites follows: 402 Colorado, Sears Roebuck and Company; 430 Colorado, Associated International Marketing; 1640 5th Street, Waldman Family Trust Jill Spector Kurtzrock, Scott Ian Spector, Stacie Ann Spector and Wells Fargo Bank, Trustee of the Julia Spector Trust; 1636 5th Street C, Jandy LLC ; 1300 4th Street, ATC Building Company; 1301 4th Street, Virginia Tegner Spurgin Investments Company; 1333 4th Street, Virginia Tegner Spurgin Investments Company; 1222 4th Street, South Bay Women’s Club; 1415-27 5th Street, Mark S.
