At The Westside Family Health Center’s Gala 2006, actress Katherine Heigl, star of Grey’s Anatomy, will be awarded the Community Leader Award.
The event raises money for the Center, which provides healthcare for thousands. Most of the Center’s clients live at or below the poverty level and do not have medical insurance.
The gala, an annual event for the Center, will be held at the Fairmont Miramar, 101 Wilshire Blvd., on April 22, beginning at 6pm.
