Hot Dog on a Stick Celebrates 60 Years on Santa Monica Beach:

Nearly 150 Hot Dog on a Stick managers and corporate office personnel, many clad in their signature striped uniforms, gathered on Santa Monica Beach to celebrate HDOS’s 60th anniversary. The original stand opened near the pier in 1946. The company has grown to more than 100 locations across the United States with franchises in Australia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Venezuela.                                                photos by Margaret Molloy
