The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus came to the Santa Monica Boys and Girls Club on Monday, August 7. The band Entourage from Atlanta, with (l-r) William Bohannon, 18, producer; Jacorey Melson, 18, producer & rapper; and Cameron Johnson, 18, rapper, won a national Boys & Girls Club competition that gave them the opportunity to record several of their songs on board the Bus. The JLET Bus, a nonprofit, state-of-the art mobile recording and multimedia studio, travels year-round to schools across the country, where students learn about writing, performing and recording original music with the help of three on-board engineers. Local kids got to check out the bus after the recording session with Entourage.
