Winterlit House For Sale

Want to buy a house? The Winterlit House, now in use to collect donations for “The Best Gift Ever” community gift drive, is available for sale. Bids will be accepted until December 21 at www.santamonica.com and www.downtownsm.com. The winner will be contacted directly.

The gingerbread playhouse, currently on view in the 1300 block of Third Street Promenade, was paid for by the Bayside District Corporation and is being used to collect donations benefiting PAL (Police Activities League).
