Spinning for Health:

On a glorious spring day, Gold’s Gym Venice moved its morning Spin classes outside and invited residents to ride in a three-hour (two sessions) Spin-a-Thon event.

It was part of the first-ever Gold’s Gym National Spin-a-Thon, organized to raise funds for diabetes research, information and advocacy as well as raising awareness of the role of fitness in managing and preventing diabetes.

Five instructors and about 50 community members participated in the Saturday, March 31, event.
