Public Health Issues in Coastal Waters

November 28

Now that the winter rains are on the way, residents are mindful of the condition of our beaches. If you have concerns about the state of our coastal waters, attend this lecture at Heal the Bay’s Santa Monica Pier Aquarium. Dr. Mark Gold, Heal the Bay’s president, will be on hand to explain the problems with keeping the water and beaches clean and what we can do about it. The presentation is free, but pre-registration is required at cosee.west@gmail.com. 7-8:30pm, Santa Monica Pier Aquarium, 1600 Ocean Front Walk, 310.206.8247.
