Big Dave Hutchinson was a professional photographer and dancer before misfortune left him on the streets. With the help of Second Chances, he enrolled in an OPCC (when it was Ocean Park Community Center) shelter, where he received programming opportunities and recently landed his first official photo assignment in years. On Friday, December 14, Big Dave was Santa, providing homeless people with toiletries and other items donated by Vons’ Ocean Park store and personal donation
