Crossroads Girls Go Undefeated In League:

 The Crossroads girls completed their Delphic League basketball schedule with an 8-0 record by winning games on February 5 and 7.

 First, the Roadrunners visited defending league champion LA Baptist and won, 46-38. Then they hosted second place Sierra Canyon of Chatsworth, built a 26-point lead, and survived a late rally to win, 61-53.

 The Crossroads boys did not enjoy the same success in the Olympic League, losing four of their last five games to finish 3-7. The Roadrunners did well early in the season and are 16-9 overall. Recent results were a 77-61 loss at Brentwood, a 70-56 win over Calvary Chapel, and a 38-37 loss to Montclair Prep.

 The Brentwood girls finished the regular season with a 9-13 record, including 5-5 in league play, with a 49-32 loss to Windward.

 With a 68-64 win over first place Cathedral, which had a 23-1 record, the St. Monica boys finished their Camino Real League schedule strong. The Mariners are 18-8 overall, 6-4 in the league.

 The St. Monica girls, who had been on a four-game winning streak, lost their final two regular season games (to St. Paul, 70-29, and Mary Star 53-39). The team’s overall record is 15-11, 4-4 in league.

 The Palisades boys defeated Venice, 79-60, and University, 55-33.

 The Palisades High girls also defeated the same teams (57-52 over Venice and 49-47 over University).
