A joint meeting of the Neighborhood Council Arts Committee and Oceanfront Walk Committee will review a Venice Beach Concert Series proposal to be presented by Micky Schumann at 6 p.m. on Monday August 4th at the Blankenship Ballet Company, 132 Brooks Avenue at Main Street in Venice. This will be the only item on the agenda. The meeting must end promptly at 7:30 p.m. owing to another event scheduled in Blankenship’s performance space.
Following his presentation, questions may be addressed to Mr. Schuman by members of this joint committee and by Venice Stakeholders, possibly followed by summation questions asked by the committees’ members. The recommendations made jointly by the Arts and Oceanfront Walk Committees will be submitted to the Administrative Committee of the Neighborhood Council within 72 hours following the August 4th meeting.
