The Palisades High baseball and softball teams both lost in the first round of the LA City Section playoffs.The baseball team, which went 18-0 in the Western League, was eliminated by Banning, 1-0. The softball team lost to LA Wilson, 5-1.The baseball team was seeded sixth but lost to the No. 11 seed. Jon Moscot, Palisades’ star pitcher, walked in the game’s only run in the fourth inning.Palisades finished with a 22-10 overall record. Moscot’s record was 8-4.
