This group plays music of the Middle East while managing to have contemporary appeal. They will be playing music from Sufi traditions from their new album Seeker of Truth, with guests Najwa Gibran, Dervish Aziz, Qawwali master Sukhawat Ali Khan and Maya Haddi. Venice Arts offers programs that help the underserved members of society-teens, the handicapped, the poor-to create art and photography. This project is presented in collaboration with OPCC and its Daybreak Program and shows the homeless experience as documented by those who live it.
