By winning a CIF championship Saturday the Santa Monica High girls basketball team qualified for a home game to begin the state tournament.
Samohi (26-7) will host Narbonne (22-10) Tuesday at 7 p.m. If the girls win they’ll have a second round game Thursday.
Because the boys lost in the CIF finals they’ll have to travel. Santa Monica will play at Clovis East Tuesday, also at 7 p.m.
