Filmmaker Jamie Budge is a lifelong resident of Santa Monica and made popular surf films during the 1960s. His latest film, receiving its pre-DVD world premiere at this event, takes a look at some of the top California surfers of the late ‘60s-early ‘70s period and also the surfers of today.
