Santa Monica Media District Hits 100 Percent Capacity With New Lease Signing:

Broadway Place in Santa Monica will soon welcome SelectNY to the heart of the Santa Monica Media District.

The company announced today it has signed a long-term lease to occupy 3,200 feet at Broadway Place.

This brings the occupancy of the 85,000 square-foot media campus to 100 percent, according to Scott Rigsby of Industry Partners, the leasing broker for landlord The Lionstone Group.

SelectNY is a leading independent branding and advertising group that specializes in the fashion and beauty sectors, and is behind the iconic campaigns for Calvin Klein, Radisson Hotels, Tommy Hilfiger, Timex, Wella, BASF, and the World Wildlife Federation.
